How I Grow My Lashes Long Naturally

Every girl wants long lashes, but lash serums can be expensive and even harmful to your eyes. When using something so close to my eyes, I like to keep it as natural as possible. I've found the perfect DIY lash serum that is both inexpensive and natural.
The Recipe: I use castor oil because it contains natural compounds that help to foster hair growth. Ricinoleic acid, one of the essential amino acids necessary to our bodies, is largely found in castor oil. Ricinoleic acid is an Omega-9 fatty acid that penetrates the pores of the skin and the hair follicles, and promotes hair growth. I try to purchase organic as often as possible, especially when using products on my skin and hair.
How to Use: Every night before bed, I apply castor oil to my lash line. Following my nightly skincare regimen, I dip the end of a cotton swab into the castor oil and swipe it across my upper lash line of both eyes. It's important to keep the oil contained to the lash line, where the base of the lash lays, to nourish the follicles and promote growth. A little goes a long way with this method, so be sure not to overload your lashes or you could end up with oil in your eyes. I sleep with the oil on my lashes, and rinse off the next morning during my morning skincare regimen.
This method is much less expensive than a typical lash serum, and contains ingredients that are more natural and healthier for your lashes and your eyes! Within just 3 weeks after using, I started to see results! My lashes are now longer, fuller, and thicker than ever. You can also use this method on your eyebrows as well!
